Elder Transport & Care

| Volunteers are needed to drive elders to church,
doctors appointments, etc. This is an opportunity to put God's commandments in action.

Disaster Coordinator
| Interest: | Service, Helping, Missions, Organizmg |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Service, Fellowship |
| You can show God’s love to those in need by planning, organizing, and promoting our church’s
involvement in the Disaster Response Auction, as well as, enhstmg volunteers to go with teams from
the district to areas needmg services.

Meals After Funerals
| Interest: | Service, Cooking, Comfort to Grieving |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Encouragement, Generosity, Mercy |
| Volunteers are needed to bring food or donate money to buy food for meals after a funeral. This is
a practical way to support and show our concern for those who are mourning.

CCAP

| You can serve as a liaison between CCAP (Congregational Community Action Project) and the congregation by attending monthly board meetings and communicating special needs to the church.

Angel Tree
| Interest: | Missions, Fellowship, Helping, Service |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Faith, Service, Encouragement,Evangelism |
| During Christmas, volunteers are needed to purchase and deliver gifts to the children of inmates in their parent’s name. Each gift delivered also presents an opportunity to share the love and hope of Christ with that family. That first Christmas connection can be the beginning of a rewarding and ongomg relationsip with these children and their families.

Brethren Woods Camp Representative

Special Needs Ministry

| Working with the pastor, this ministry helps, encourages, and counsels those individuals. or families, in or out ofthe church, with special needs.

Peace Advocate
| Interest: | Current Events, Politics, Helping Others |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Encouragement, Hospitality |
| Would you like to keep the congregation informed on actions available to our congregation to further
peace? This person will also encourage and counsel young people faced with the military draft, if necessary.

Foreign Mission Communicator

| Spiritual Gifts: | Missions, Evangelism, Service to Others |
| This person or persons encourages and coordinates the activities of our congregation with respect to
world wide missionary work. This involves communicating mission needs, encouraging members to participate in mission assignments,
and directing the congregation towards greater support of missionaries. This is a great opportunity to apply the Great Commission. |
Visitation Team
| Interest: | Meeting New People, Socializing |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Fellowship, Evangelism, Hospitality |

| | This team visits people who are new to the congregation and others who may have not attended recently.
|
Prayer Chain
| Interest: | Prayer, Concern for Others |
| Spiritual Gifts: | Compassion, Faith |
| Join with others to pray for the expressed needs of our congregation and beyond. Anyone with a concern may call the contact person. That concern is then passed along the "chain" so many people can be in prayer for each situation. All concerns are confidential. |
